Mega to Base Unit Conversion

If the meter read 1.03 MΩ, base units is to the right of Mega on the table, so to get from Mega back to base units the decimal place must be moved 6 places to the right -->.  You must add the trailing zeros when the decimal place is moved beyond any of the existing digits.
