- 5 out of 6 NY Times quizzes - (5 points each) Topics announced in class = 25 points
- 5 out of 9 Projects (10 points each) = 50 points
- 4 out of 5 essay exams - (30 points each)Topics posted. Study sessions held before each exam = 1200 points

The above exams will be taken at the WSU testing centers. Links to an external site. They give out the last test one hour before closing. The testing centers are "No Cell Phone Zones."

- Reflections on learning at Midterm and End of semester = 15 points
- 1 generation paper = 20 points
- Signature Assignment = 15 points
